These trigger snaps are to update your leather safety strap to the 2020 version of the Leather Safety Straps, which include two of these solid brass trigger snaps.
All of our hardware is solid brass (no finish to wear off). We chose solid brass because of its strength and beautiful aging process. Much like our leather, brass wears-in depending on how you use it and even where you use it, creating a patina that is unique to you.
